Sky Rush beacon guide: why a sector will not finish
A quiet platform does not always mean you have finished the sector. Sky Rush checks the active beacon and the remaining enemies before moving on. Weapon-carrier missions also require you to pick up the fallen gun. Read the objective at the top of the screen when the route seems to have stopped.
Play Sky Rush
Stand inside the active beacon ring
Walk into the marked ring and stay grounded while it charges. Running near the beacon or jumping over it does not do the same job. Watch the percentage in the objective display. Charging takes longer while enemies are present, so clear a safe space first if shots keep forcing you out. You can step away when threatened and return; forcing the charge while losing health is usually a poor trade.
Check for enemies still arriving
After the beacon is restored, the objective can ask you to clear the sector. Look beyond the platform directly in front of you and use the minimap to understand the route. Enemies may still arrive as part of the encounter. Reach a firing position with cover rather than running blindly toward the farthest target. The next sector starts only once the current encounter has been cleared, so a restored beacon by itself is not the final step.
Collect the dropped weapon yourself
When the objective says to collect a fallen weapon, walk onto the pickup. Defeating its carrier is only part of the task. The mandatory gun stays available until you collect it, and its position is kept on reachable ground. The Scatter comes from the Iron Harrier; the Storm Lance comes from the Rail Knight. Check the weapon bar after collection. The newly recovered gun is useful beyond the mission where you found it.
Use the intended route to the next island
If the beacon sits across a large gap, look for a launch pad or a connecting bridge. Space makes a short hop, which is meant for low obstacles and ground-level hazards. It cannot replace every long flight. A floor pad launches you automatically when you walk onto it. After landing, move clear and follow the next marker. On later missions, separate islands can hold different parts of the same encounter.
