NoChill.Games is operated by Yannick Freij. Contact contact@nochill.games about the service, your account or these terms. Each game explains its controls, device support and available features. Some progress is stored on your device; deleting browser data can remove local saves.
Accounts and permission
Keep your sign-in details private and use an email address you control. Do not impersonate another person or use an account without permission. If local law requires a parent or guardian to authorise your use of an account or a purchase, obtain that permission first.
Playing with others
Do not harass, threaten, exploit or deceive other players. Do not share illegal material, sexual content involving children, or someone else's private information without permission. Do not cheat, abuse exploits, interfere with the service or attempt to access other players' accounts.
You remain responsible for messages and images you submit. You give NoChill permission to store, display and process that material as needed to provide the feature you use and investigate abuse. Report problems to our support address. We may remove content or restrict access where reasonably needed to enforce these rules or protect users. Contact support if you believe a decision is incorrect.
Virtual items and payments
Coins, game items and cosmetic unlocks are features within NoChill and are not money or an investment. Do not sell or transfer accounts or items outside features expressly provided by the site. Any paid offer must show its price, content and applicable payment conditions before you order. Your statutory consumer rights, including any applicable refund or withdrawal rights, remain unaffected. Contact support about missing purchases or payment problems.
Availability and changes
Games and features may change as we develop the site. We aim to keep the service working, but interruptions and software errors can occur. Report an issue with the game name, device and a description. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Privacy and ending your account
Our privacy policy explains how we process information and how optional analytics works. You can stop playing at any time and contact us to request account deletion. Some records may need to remain for legal obligations, security or unresolved disputes, as explained in the policy.
Updates
The date at the top identifies this version. Material changes will be explained through the site. Changes do not remove rights you already have under applicable law or retrospectively change the terms of a completed purchase.
