ZOMBIE ARENA GUIDE

Zombie Arena controls: dash and reload safely

A reload becomes dangerous when you wait until the horde is already beside you. Make space before the magazine runs dry. Zombie Arena lets you keep moving while reloading, and the dash gives you a short escape burst. Use those actions as part of your route around the arena.

Learn the movement and aim separately

Use WASD or the arrow keys to move while aiming with the mouse. Hold the left mouse button to fire. On touch, movement and aiming use separate sticks. Practise moving sideways while keeping the aim on a slower enemy. Once you can do that, try circling cover without walking into it. Keeping your aim on the group while your feet follow an open route is the basic skill behind a longer survival run.

Reload before the route becomes crowded

R reloads on desktop. The game can also reload an empty weapon automatically, but choosing a quieter moment is easier than waiting for it to happen beside a runner. Each weapon has its own magazine. Use 1, 2 or 3 to switch weapons when the distance changes, and check the ammunition after switching. Do not assume the weapon you put away earlier came back with a full magazine.

Dash toward space you have already checked

Space, Shift or the right mouse button triggers a dash. If you are moving, the dash follows that direction; without movement input, it follows your aim. This matters when you are aiming into the horde. Add a movement direction toward clear ground before dashing to escape. The protection is brief, and there is a cooldown before you can dash again. Leave yourself somewhere safe to walk after the burst ends.

Use upgrades to address repeated reload trouble

Quick hands makes reloads faster. Extended mags lets you fire longer before a reload, while Ghost step improves movement and dash recovery. Pick the one that fits the problem you keep seeing. A larger magazine helps sustained shooting, but it will still run out eventually. If you are being boxed in, improve your route as well. Try to reach a clear side of the arena with enough ammunition left to remove the first runner that follows.
