ZOMBIE ARENA SURVIVAL

Zombie Arena guide to surviving the ten waves

Zombie Arena takes place in Blackwater Containment Yard, with ten escalating waves ending in a Warden fight. Every attempt gives you weapon choices and upgrades between waves. Your first goal should be learning a route through the yard that leaves enough space to retreat when enemies close in.

Keep room to move during a fight

The AR-9 Carbine reaches farther than the M12 Breacher shotgun. Use that distance to begin a fight before the nearest infected gets close. The shotgun fires a spread at shorter range, while the Viper SMG fires quickly and requires attention to its magazine. Watch your ammunition during movement, especially before entering an area with limited room to retreat. Runners close distance quickly, while spitters can threaten you from farther away. Brutes take more punishment than ordinary walkers. Red barrels can damage groups caught near them, so consider their position before firing. Keep your dash available when a cluster begins to block the route. Moving into open space can make the next shot easier to line up.

Make upgrades answer a problem

The upgrade pool includes damage and fire-rate options. Other choices affect health or mobility, and reload upgrades can help with ammunition downtime. Think about what ended your last attempt before selecting one. Casual reduces incoming damage and the number of infected compared with Survivor. Nightmare raises the pressure. Personal run records are saved on the current device. For a shared objective, online team missions include holding generators and recovering supplies with covering fire.

Build a route for the next reload

WASD or the arrow keys move your character while the mouse aims. Hold left click to fire and use R to reload. Start moving toward open ground before the magazine empties. Space, Shift or right click gives you a dash, but the destination matters: without movement input it follows your aim. If you aim into a horde and want to escape sideways, add that movement direction first. The dash has a cooldown, so leave yourself room to walk after it ends. Use the slower infected as practice for aiming while moving.

Prepare for the tenth-wave finish

The Warden’s attack warns you where the ground strike will land. Leave that position during the windup and avoid drifting straight back into danger. Clear the runners that close your escape route before returning to the boss. Its reinforcements are limited, so removing them helps the fight settle. After the Warden falls, finish any infected that remain in wave ten. The run has a final victory state. If you always reach this encounter with little health, change an earlier upgrade choice or route instead of blaming the last fight alone.
