Sky Rush health and shield recovery guide
Each Sky Rush mission starts with 100 health and 40 shield. Damage uses shield first, then health. Waiting behind cover does not automatically refill an empty shield, so look for a recovery pickup or a safe way to finish the sector.
Play Sky Rush
Collect the right drop while it is available
Every third kill can produce a recovery pickup, except when a weapon carrier produces its weapon drop instead. Recovery restores up to 25 health and 15 shield, capped at 100 and 40. Pickups last 28 seconds. Approach on the ground or at low jump height; a launch flight does not collect them.
Use a sector clear as a recovery opportunity
Completing a nonfinal sector restores up to 20 health and 15 shield and refills every weapon magazine. If the relay can be completed safely, that transition may be a better route to recovery than crossing an exposed area for a fading pickup. The active objective tells you what is still blocking completion.
Avoid losing recovery to another bad landing
Missing terrain triggers jetpack recovery at the last safe point and applies 12 damage, subject to normal hit protection. That return is not free healing. Identify the bridge or launch destination before moving toward a drop on another island. Take the safe route when low health makes another recovery hit dangerous.
