Obby Blitz hospital escape: the Silent Ward route
The Silent Ward is an escape chapter with a fixed objective order. Your first target is the patient chart in the east ward. The chart leads to the records keycard, which lets you disable the exit alarm. Follow the current objective marker and use the beds as cover from the nurses.

Leave the starting conversation and move toward the east beds. Use the south passage to cross the ward instead of trying to walk through the central obstacles. Beds and walls can break the nurses’ line of sight. Watch the amber sight cones before crossing open floor. When the chart interaction appears, use it and read the updated objective. Reaching the nearby bed without interacting does not move you to the next step.
Cross to the west records desk
The chart sends you to the west records area for the keycard. Use the connecting passage and wait for a patrol to turn before stepping into its sight. If suspicion is building, return to cover and let it fall rather than trying to finish a long crossing in full view. Stay near the usable approach to the desk. An interaction needs a clear path to the target, so standing on the other side of a wall is not close enough.
Disable the east service-panel alarm
The keycard gives you access to the east service panel. You still need to reach and use that panel before the north exit opens. Watch the northern patrol during this part of the route. When the alarm is disabled, the objective changes to leaving through the north door. That update is your confirmation; taking the keycard alone does not finish the alarm step in the current ward.
Use the north door and recover calmly if caught
Reach the green north door and interact to leave. If a nurse catches you earlier, your discoveries remain recorded and you return to your room. Resume from the next unfinished objective shown on screen. You do not need to search again for a chart the game already says you found. Use the failed attempt to learn the patrol that caught you, then cross behind it or wait in cover until the lane is clear.
