Obby Blitz timber house: dragon clearing route
The timber-house route is available to a player who owns a dragon but has no existing house. It changes the village temporarily and removes the standing crop, so read the explicit burn confirmation before committing to it.

Cancelling the burn confirmation preserves the village. Confirming removes the standing crop and changes the market and clearing, while residents survive. Rowan’s fireproof stall stays usable. This is an alternative construction route with its own consequences, rather than an ordinary house purchase.
Water the ash and wait for the forest
Approach the lake to water the ash with the provided watering charm. Watered ash becomes a forest after 24 hours on the saved game clock. Normal plot use is interrupted during this sequence, so do not expect to continue regular planting while the clearing is changing.
Chop every marked tree for construction
Rowan sells the required axe for 1,500 village rings. Approach marked trees and use F or Chop; each gives four timber. After clearing every marked tree, return to Rowan and choose the timber-building action to start construction. Building takes another 24 hours and supplies a timber house, kitchen utensils and restored stalls without paying the normal house price. A living Landlord that ruined the homestead must be defeated before rebuilding.
